Steady energy, naturally

Slow food, in the literal sense.

The secret isn't an additive. It's resistant starch: a kind of starch that digests slowly, so energy is released gradually instead of all at once.

i.

The ICMR balanced plate

Cereals, pulses, nuts and oilseeds in one bowl, following the Indian Council of Medical Research's principle of a balanced meal.

ii.

Traditional processing

Prepared the way Assamese kitchens always have, a method that naturally raises resistant starch and keeps the grains' own flavour and colour.

iii.

Nothing added to hide behind

No added sugar, salt, colours, flavours or preservatives. What's on the front of the pack is what's in the bowl.

  • Plant-based
  • No added sugar
  • Rich in resistant starch
  • Gut-friendly
  • Minimally processed
  • Made in Assam
